I would like to pass this along from Dragon Lady's World:
Diane emailed me this morning, and I swear I thought I had posted it before. My best friend Brenda had emailed it to me like last year, and I had looked it up to make sure it wasn’t a hoax then. This is a great idea. It only takes a minute. Longer if you’re like me and can’t make up your mind. But worth it. This is easy to do and no signing up for anything! What a wonderful idea!
Something cool that Xerox is doing
If you go to this web site, Let’s Say Thanks, you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can’t pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.
How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! This is a great site.
Please send a card.
It is FREE and it only takes a second.
It really is just that simple. Having been deployed to the desert, I can tell you first hand how much things like this are appreciated by the troops.
Let the troops know you care, it's free and fast.
And this picture from Dumb Ox Daily News from San Diego:

*edited in to add the link to Let's say Thanks (oops)

That's quite the effort to visit all those blogs. I find it takes an enormous amount of time just to get around BP.
What an amazing photo, but such a heartbreaking one.
I finished the complete list (except for some of the ramblers) today :)
I (usually) visit all my roll and all of BP (well not all, some of them don't get a visit heh) each day. Some days I can't but usually I can.
Huge job, Lord Nazh. I'll get to as many as I can tomorrow.
Very impressive. I often start out with good intentions, but I always seem to get waylaid and diverted. One of the things I have done is to put a rotating ten Blogpower blogs that I don't normally read into my reader. This forces me to read them. It is just not feasible to read them all all the time.
Fantastic photograph.
The reason that I get to my roll and the BP roll everyday (or almost) is the fact that if you do, it takes very little time to keep up. Most of the people don't update that much per day so you don't get behind. The reason it takes longer if you intermittently read is because of the backlog of posts :)
What is a visist?
